ARISE CHURCH is designed to change the lives of men, women, and children as they journey towards their own personal greatness within God’s ordained purpose. Arise Church has the mandate to teach people who they are in Christ and how they should function as effective kingdom citizens on earth. The various ministries and outreaches at ARISE CHURCH are aimed to serve both the body of Christ and central Louisiana. We aspire to train ambassadors for Christ who model the glory of God in their lives, while revealing His kingdom on earth.
Vision
2026: The Year of Uncommon Favor

This is the year the Lord has marked for His people to walk in uncommon favor—favor that cannot be explained by human effort, connections, or circumstance; favor that comes solely from the hand of a good, generous God.
We declare, by faith, that doors long closed will swing open, resources will flow in unexpected ways, healing will manifest suddenly, opportunities will arise divinely, and the light of Christ in us will shine brighter than ever before. As it is written: “For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield.” (Psalm 5:12)
This uncommon favor is not just for a few—it is for every believer who dares to trust God’s promises, live in obedience, and expect the extraordinary in the ordinary moments of life.
2026 will be remembered as the year God crowned His people with glory, goodness, and grace beyond measure.
Mission
2026 Mission Statement: Impact Tioga

Our mission for this year is to Impact Tioga—to bring the life-changing love of Jesus Christ into every corner of our community, transforming lives, families, and the town we call home.
​
We are called to help Tioga discover Christ: to share the Gospel boldly and compassionately, inviting every person to encounter the Savior who redeems, restores, and gives eternal hope.
We are committed to building the community together: partnering with neighbors, schools, businesses, and local leaders to foster unity, serve those in need, and create spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and loved.

We are devoted to supporting one another: walking alongside each other in prayer, encouragement, and practical help, strengthening families, lifting up the hurting, and growing together as the family of God.
This is our moment. With God’s uncommon favor upon us, we will rise up as one church, one body, to make a lasting impact—for the glory of Jesus and the good of Tioga.
Purpose
To produce a group of disciples who confidently display the character of our God, while compassionately sharing the love of Jesus with others.

We exist to raise up devoted followers of Christ—men, women, and young people who are deeply rooted in God’s Word, transformed by His Spirit, and boldly reflecting His nature in every area of life. These are disciples who walk in holiness, wisdom, joy, strength, and humility, mirroring the very heart of our Heavenly Father to a watching world.

At the same time, we are called to reach outward with the same tender love that Jesus showed. We share His Gospel not out of duty, but out of overflowing compassion—meeting people where they are, listening to their stories, serving their needs, and gently leading them to the Savior who heals, forgives, and makes all things new.

This is more than a statement; it is our daily pursuit. Through worship, teaching, fellowship, prayer, and outreach, we equip every believer to live with confidence in who God is and compassion for those He loves. Together, we are becoming a radiant community that reveals God’s character and extends Christ’s love to Tioga and beyond—for His glory and the salvation of many.
